The Vascular Birthmarks Foundation provides resources for people affected by vascular birthmarks and their syndromes.  As Director of Technology, I saved them thousands of dollars each year by implementing Drupal, and later, WordPress and CiviCRM rather than outsourcing website and constituent contact database needs. https://birthmark.org

• manage 20 websites, including management and implementation of LAMP stack for all sites (AlmaLinux), including domain and registrar management
• install, update, and maintain Drupal 7, WordPress, CiviCRM, e-commerce, and other software as needed
• develop HTML and CSS sites from scratch using UX/UI best practices
• implement security protocols for websites and servers
• manage workflow for efficient data management
• ensure that operating procedures align with PCI-DSS, ADA, HIPAA, GDPR, and EU Cookie law
• maintain backups
• provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff, board, and users
• implement effective project management tools
• using analytics, effectively raised speed score and implemented SEO practices
• train staff and board members on effective and ethical use of technology
• ensure benchmarks were met
• manage Google Workspace, project management tools, and other vendors
• provide support for other departments as needed for graphic design
